Our retreat is situated just a short distance from the City of Chania and overlooks the resorts of Platanias and Agia Marina, indeed from our chosen property there are 7* sunsets and views of the Bay of Chania. The suites and studios are well furnished and maintained with comfort, which are set around an impressive pool. It is a family run business with 3 generations of experience combining to make your stay truly memorable.

Dance Aerobics

  • FitSteps® is an energetic, upbeat dance class designed to achieve real, measurable, fitness results. The dance workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances to create fun-filled classes where you don’t even realise you’re getting it! Transform your body and have fun dancing to music that will get your heart pumping!
  • Zumba® - We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness often is called exercise in disguise.
  • Clubbercise® - simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.
  • Pound: An energising and toning up full body work out that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements, through drumming with light weighted drumsticks.

Water fitness

  • Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Package 2-Pilates-Flowbility Programme

Fitness Descriptions

  • Flowbility: It is a full workout program for the whole body but also for restoring chronic musculoskeletal problems. The whole program is a continuous kinetic flow and is comprised of a combination of cardio, stability exercises, and balance exercises. Training benefits:
    • It improves the cardiovascular system thanks to the constant flow of exercises.
    • It increases the strength and flexibility of the musculoskeletal system.
    • It increases movement range in the joints.
    • It improves proprioception thanks to balance exercises.
    • It activates stabilizing muscles in the human body.
    • It helps participants become more functional in their everyday life.
  • Pilates: Pilates is a holistic system for exercise with the purpose of using the mind to control the muscles. The exercises were designed to help maintain a balance between strength and muscle elasticity, the development and lengthening of the spine through basic functions of mobility. Pilates also helps correct bad posture, good breathing, concentration and relaxation. From a psychological standpoint, this method also helps a person obtain full control of their body, to come to peace with it and to help the spirit rise, restoring natural vitality.
    • Pilates Props: Healing exercises with the use of Pilates equipment
    • Pilates Mat: Healing ground exercises with body weight
    • Pilates couple: Healing exercises in pairs
  • Stretch Your Limits: A method based on the latest scientific research on Stretching & Flexibility. Motion is a basic component of this class and through movement the goal is to improve the range of motion (ROM) and flexibility. Emphasis is put on the muscles that tend to become shortened. During this program exercises will be presented that combine all kinds of Stretching, combined so as to give optimal results.

Package 3-Boot Camp Programme

Fitness Descriptions

  • Couple Madness: This program aims to strengthen the muscles and to improve general fitness levels. It alternates between aerobic and anaerobic exercise with a set list specifically structured for two.
  • Cross Training: A program of muscular strengthening in stations full of energy alternating between aerobic and anaerobic exercises that keep you strong. It includes exercises for the glutes, thighs, and abs, with body weight exercises that aim to tone, sculpt and strengthen the whole body.
  • Tabata Workout: It is no coincidence that it has been called “the four minute fat blaster,” as it is one of the most effective high-intensity forms of training. Tabata training is a scientifically proven method that can increase stamina and simultaneously activate the metabolism to work for up to 36 hours after the 4 minute session. The secret is the brief but intense workout with short periods of rest.
  • Challenge: A combination “challenge” of all the above.

Nancy Katsaiti

Nancy is a professionally trained dancer and dance teacher, qualified to teach ballet, jazz and modern. Her professional dance experience includes dance contracts abroad, AC/DC video clip, Bacardi advert. Nancy was a dance teacher for Stella Mann Performing Arts college for 8 years as well as a deputy principal for the last 6 of them.

The last 5 years she has also become a group exercise instructor for several leisure centres and other organisations. Nancy currently teaches FitSteps, Piloxing, Piloxing barre, Aqua, Body conditioning, LBT, Dance aerobics, exercise for 50+ and ballet.
